Jan 30, 2014 | by Darcy Blake | Some things a girl’s gotta brag about! My DBS—thanks to Kaiser Permanente’s Dr. Mark Sedrak—has held up perfectly, and I am thrilled to be working full-time with no problems. Walk 40-minutes a day whenever possible. No meds. Happy, healthy, and still have enough smarts to continue this blog and the Parkinson’s Women Support Facebook page. This is our second article that mentions our group and a certain patient with a wildly successful DBS (the first article being the one in inMenlo.) Who wouldn’t be in heaven?!
